Over 70 Renewal Leaders from across the nation serve as elected Board Members and appointed Council Members in our work to foster baptism in the Holy Spirit in the life of the Church in the United States and throughout the world, to broaden and deepen the understanding that baptism in the Holy Spirit is the Christian inheritance of all, and to strengthen the Catholic Charismatic Renewal.

The NSC recently launched a new name, “Pentecost Today USA,” and adopted this new mission in response to the CHARIS commission to:

• BRING baptism in the Holy Spirit to the whole Church,

• BUILD unity in the Body of Christ, and

• SERVE the Poor.

We support the many realities of the Renewal including organizations, ministries, dioceses, parishes, universities, and seminaries in their work to raise up, connect, and equip Renewal Leaders through:

1. regional and national events

2. Pentecost Today Magazine and theological publications on baptism in the Holy Spirit and the charismatic gifts

3. National Renewal Database of over 2,800 Renewal Centers, Prayer Groups, Covenant Communities, Religious, and Diocesan Liaisons

4. support of Renewal Organizations including CHARIS USA.
